Terms & Conditions – Formica Digital Solution

This document is a legal agreement between you and Formica Digital Solution regarding your participation in our freelance data entry project.


1. Nature of Work

  • The work involves completing 500 digital forms within 5 days.
  • Each form must be filled accurately as per company guidelines.

2. Accuracy Requirement

  • Minimum accuracy of 90% is required.
  • Projects with less than 90% accuracy will be considered failed.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is calculated at ₹30 per form.
  • Payment is released only after project completion and accuracy verification.
  • In case of failure to complete the project or maintain accuracy, a registration amount of ₹6400 will be charged. This is deducted from your first eligible payment.

4. Registration and Agreement

  • A one-time registration and agreement process is mandatory.
  • This agreement remains valid for 11 months.
  • All information provided during registration must be accurate.

5. Legal and Compliance

  • You agree not to share client data, form templates, or project content with others.
  • Breach of agreement may lead to legal action under applicable Indian law.
  • Disputes will be handled under Indore Jurisdiction.

6. Refund Policy

  • Registration fees are non-refundable unless a double payment or technical error occurs.
  • No refund will be provided for project failure, non-completion, or withdrawal.

7. Termination

  • Formica Digital Solution reserves the right to terminate access at any time in case of policy violation, non-performance, or data misuse.
