Is this a full-time job or a freelance project?

This is a freelance, project-based work opportunity. You work from home at your own pace within the given deadline.

Is there any registration fee?

Yes, ₹6400 is the registration amount. However, this is not charged upfront. It is only payable if you fail to complete the work or do not meet the accuracy requirement.

What happens after I submit my application?

Your documents will be verified. Once approved, we will share a legal agreement for you to sign. After signing, your login credentials will be issued.

What is the work and how much can I earn?

The project involves filling 500 forms in 5 days. Each form pays ₹30, which means you can earn up to ₹15,000 if your accuracy is 90% or above.

What if I miss the deadline or my accuracy is below 90%?

In such cases, the project is marked as failed, and you are required to pay the registration amount of ₹6400 as per the agreement.

Yes, all selected candidates go through a legal 11-month freelance contract that protects both parties. The process is transparent and documented.

Can I get support during the project?

Absolutely. Our support team is available on WhatsApp and Email throughout the project for any assistance you need.

How will I receive my payment if I complete the project successfully?

Once your submitted work is verified and meets accuracy standards, payment will be processed via bank transfer to your registered account.

What if I submit the work before the deadline?

You can submit early if your work is complete. However, make sure it’s accurate — early submission doesn’t guarantee early payment.

Why is an agreement required before starting the project?

The agreement legally confirms the terms, deadlines, and responsibilities of both the company and the freelancer. It helps prevent misunderstandings and protects both parties in case of disputes.

Why do I need to submit Aadhaar and other documents?

Since this is a remote project with legal payouts and contracts, we need to verify your identity to avoid fraud and ensure you’re eligible to receive payments. This is a standard onboarding step for all freelancers.

Is my data and document submission safe?

Yes. All your documents and personal data are stored securely and used only for verification and agreement purposes. We do not share your information with any third party.

Is your company government approved? What’s the proof?

We are a privately operated freelance project provider. While we are not a government company, we operate legally under Indian business norms. Every candidate receives a digital freelance agreement, and our process follows standard documentation and verification practices.
If required, we can provide our GST certificate, MSME registration (if available), or business documentation on request.

Can I get extra time to complete the project?

No, the company does not provide extra days. You must complete 500 forms in 5 days.

When will I receive my salary?

After you complete the project and pass QC, your payment will be credited on the 7th day.

Is this copy-paste work or typing work?

This is typing work. You will read from a source file and enter the data manually.

Where can I check my QC (quality check) report?

Your QC report will be available in your work dashboard after submission.

What happens if I don’t complete the project?

You will not be eligible for payment, and the registration fee will not be waived.

How will I get my login ID and password?

After your documents are verified and agreement is signed, your login credentials are sent via email and WhatsApp.

Is registration amount refundable?

No. Registration is deducted only if you fail the project. If you complete it correctly, there’s no upfront cost.

Is there training or a demo before starting?

Yes, you’ll receive a demo work video and step-by-step image instructions to help you understand the full process before starting the actual project.

How is accuracy measured?

Accuracy is checked by matching your entered data with the original file. Mistakes like spelling errors, missing info, or wrong format reduce accuracy. Out of 500 forms, at least 450 must be correct (90%) to get the payment.

Why should I fill forms if you already have the original file?

The original files are raw scanned documents. Our company needs that data to be digitized in a proper format for client systems. Your work is to convert that data accurately into a form or software — that’s what companies pay for.

Does the 5-day deadline include weekends?

Yes, the 5-day project timeline includes weekends. Once your work starts, you have 5 continuous calendar days to complete and submit the project.

What if I fall sick, face an emergency, or have a personal issue during the project?

This is a 5-day project with fixed deadlines. If you face a genuine emergency like illness, accident, or family loss, you must submit valid proof (like a hospital file or medical certificate).

Will I get another project after completing this one?

Yes! If you complete the project successfully, we offer long-term work with better earnings and faster payment cycles.

Can I cancel the project after starting it?

No. Once you receive login and start work, you are legally bound to complete it under the 11-month agreement. Cancellation may lead to penalties.
